SHIPPING POLICY

• AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

• A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED.

• PROCESSING TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON ORDER VOLUME. ORDERS MAY BE PROCESSED EARLIER OR LATER THAN EXPECTED.

RETURN POLICY 

• RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY THE WORLD COLLECTIVE.

• TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL US AT THEWORLDCOLLECTIVE365@GMAIL.COM WITH THE SUBJECT LINE “ORDER #XXX - RETURN”.

• RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.

• ITEMS MUST BE UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, AND INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

• ONCE YOUR RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, WE WILL PROVIDE A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.

• RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPPING LABEL.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN SHIPPING FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND AMOUNT.

• REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED. DEPENDING ON YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR IN YOUR ACCOUNT.
